  • Increased reporting details on department projects allowing management to develop more information decisions on resource allocation by building a project database in MS Access
  • Improved Knowledge Management efficiency by leading department-wide project to upgrade over 40 sites to SharePoint 2010 including:
    • Increasing ease of navigation 
    • Reduced weekly newsletter production time from 15 hours per week to 2
    • Organizing and categorizing topics utilizing visual features available to ensure work is completed accurately
    • Increase productivity and efficiency by reducing the number of steps needed to complete tasks
  • Provided a means of developing and sharing External Client Underwriting Manuals utilizing a document creation and management process within 6 months where a solution was non-existent prior
  • Increase participation and awareness of the "Annual Giving Campaign" by creating a special Portal for department staff to contribute funds and volunteer effort for the campaign
